  I am not happy with my recent experience with the service department. I had taken my truck in for an antifreeze leak, steering wheel shake, heater blower, and 4x4 not engaging. After 4 days of my truck being at the service dept I called to see what the status was on my truck, I was told that they were waiting for a new rad and that it should be in the following day (April 21). On the afternoon of Friday the 21st. the service dept. called and said that the rad hadn't arrived and it would be done early the following week. They called the following week to let me know the truck was done. I went to pick it up on Wednesday the 26th. I was shocked when I was given a bill for $482.81 as I was not called once to inform me what was wrong with the truck and that some of the items that needed repair would not be covered under warranty. One of the items that I was charged for was a front brake line that was rubbed through the rubber. I knew about the brake line and had a new one under the backseat so I could replace it if I needed to. I have never had a repair shop do any repairs without phoning me first to let me know what was wrong and what it was roughly going to cost to repair.

  We had a great experience at Discovery Ford in Humboldt. Everyone was professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable; from the sales to finance to service. They kept us informed without feeling pressured. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

  I didn't know too much about hybrids. Morgan was informative and answered all of my questions. He was really helpful and even stayed after his shift so I could test drive the vehicle. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend friends and family to buy from him.
