  Beautiful hotel, rooms are awesome. Staff are very helpful and professional. Never used the pool but sure looked nice. Plug ins for every vehicle is gratefully appreciated.

  We were in town for a funeral and found the staff super nice. Rooms were clean and bathroom was clean and shiny. Great stay!

  We have stayed in other Canalta hotels before but this was a first for Humboldt and if need , would stay again.

  We attended a family wedding and check in was very easy, rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed, linens and pillows were excellent( not to hard not too soft!) even my husband agreed!

  Stayed here December 23-26, 2017. The worst service I have ever encountered. The front desk would not bring towels to our room. The front desk would not bring toilet paper to our room. The front desk attendant had an attitude. No understanding of customer service at all. She was absolutely rude to us. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never encountered this awful service anywhere. I’ve stayed at this hotel seven or eight times before. This was the worst. Extremely unimpressed.
